NOTICE OF REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS TO BE ADVERTISED BY DEVELOPMENT TRUST

Proceedings have been filed in the High Court at Auckland seeking the removal of all trustees of the Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Development Trust and the appointment of interim independent trustees.

Any beneficiary of the Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Development Trust that wishes to participate in this proceeding must file notice of appearance in the Auckland High Court by 5pm, Wednesday, 3 April 2024 in Hoani Neri Porter, Glendith Mercia Samson And Eve Briar Steenson v Rangimarie Naida Glavish, Margaret Tania Tukerangi, Trisya Maria Hemana, Tracy Davis, Cherie Dawn Povey, Mary Jane Sherard, Tamaki Mercer And Debra Star Brewer as trustees of the Ngā Maunga Whakahii O Kaipara Development Trust CIV-2024-404-000488.
