Trust Office Activities

The Trust Office is responsible for carrying out operational activities as mandated by the Board of Trustees Rautaki (Strategic Plan) for the benefit or all of our members regardless of where they reside.

The Trust Office does not manage or administer activities of the five Marae. Our five Marae and their related Papakainga lands are independant entities and not under the authority of Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara. Please review the Deed of Settlement and Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara Claims Settlement Act 2013 to see the assets being managed/administered by Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara.
